In Vitro Technologies Customer Care are committed to providing an outstanding level of service with every aspect of customer contact.

The team consists of highly trained and motivated individuals with a commitment to continuous improvement ensuring that In Vitro Customer Care provides an insightful, positive experience with all facets of customer interaction.

As part of our ‘Service Commitment’ to our customers, Customer Care publishes the following key service standards;

All orders received by 1.00pm AEST pm will be dispatched same day for stocked items.
All backorder notifications are personalised by dedicated Customer Care representatives direct to the purchaser to advise estimated time to customer (ETC).
Call Quality is continually reviewed by implementing on-going training and improvement strategies with the aim to go ‘above & beyond’ on every call whilst providing specialised customer service in all areas of the In Vitro business with extensive training in all distributed products across the Medical, Scientific and Diagnostic channels.
All emails will receive a response within 4 business hours.
Customer Care is available 8:00am – 6:00pm AEST on 1300 552 003.

6. In Vitro operates an afterhours program via 1300 552 003 for logging of queries to reduce response times.
