The Technical Service department in our Australian offices, located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, are comprised of service engineers trained to support our product range. These service engineers have the expertise to evaluate the functional detail of your equipment. We have the professional knowledge that can be used when calling on our equipment supplier contacts and leverage the resources to get the resolutions and options needed.
The In Vitro Technologies Technical Service and Repair Department is designed exclusively to serve our customers and to provide technical and product support unavailable anywhere else. As the distributor of our products, we are the only facility capable of repairing the equipment we sell and restoring it to original specifications. When service and/or repair is complete, the products will meet all performance criteria for, and pass all acceptance tests of the original equipment.
The primary goal of In Vitro Technologies Technical Service Department is to maximise customer knowledge and use of the equipment they have purchased and to fully address any concern the first time it is brought to us. The Technical Service department is comprised of service engineers fully trained to support all of our products. Our Repair Department is staffed by technicians who have expertise in evaluating every functional detail of our equipment and in delivering excellence in service, repair, and customer education. In Vitro is ISO9001:2000 certified and is a registered supplier with the Australian Communications Authority (N10054), permitting us to 'compliance label' equipment that we supply. We stock an extensive range of spare parts to ensure that repairs are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible and are committed to providing complete service support from the time of installation to the time equipment needs updating. We offer comprehensive preventative maintenance contracts or simple and quick pre-warranty expiration inspections.
